Junior Parker, age 77, of Chatsworth passed away on Friday, February 1, 2019 at his residence.

Junior loved collecting knives and being around family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph & Nettie Parker.

Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Lena May Parker; son and daughter-in-law, Mitchell & Morgan Parker; grandchildren, Kaylee, Emma, and Matthew Parker; brothers and sisters-in-law, R L & Jean Parker and Earl & Patricia Parker; sisters and brothers-in-law, Audra & Kenneth Forester, Margaret Hunnicutt, and Judy & Tom Stocks; special friend, David Hunnicutt; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mr. Parker will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 3, 2019 in the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Parker officiating. Interment will follow at Smyrna Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 12:00 pm until the funeral hour.
