Anzley Mariah Hubbard age 16 of Chatsworth passed away Sunday, January 12, 2020.

Anzley was preceded in death by her grandfather: Ray Martin, grandmother Nancy Beavers, aunt: Kathy Parks. Survivors include her mother: Nancy Virginia Martin of Dalton father Jeremy Hubbard of Acworth. brothers: Christian Fabrizi of Marietta, Christopher Derrick Wiley, Gavin Alexander Wiley both of Chatsworth and Mikah Orion Hubbard of Acworth, grandparents: Marsha Gail Hoff and Russell Hoff of Acworth, aunts Jackie Bennett of Chatsworth, Stella Beavers of Chatsworth, Lynn Harris of Cullman Al, Shasta Lowery of Adairsville, uncle Scott Hamlin of Chatsworth, Jay Parks of Ellijay cousin: Gabby Hoff of Adairsville.

Funeral service for Anzley will be Saturday, January 18,  2020, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Michael Dean Sr. officiating, the interment will be at Center Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, January 17, 2020, from 5 PM to 9 PM.
