Ms. Penny Pendley Benedict age 53 of Chatsworth, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Hannah Carder.

Survivors include son, Austin Benedict of McKinney, TX; daughter, Madison Benedict of McKinney, TX; father and step-mother, Gene and Lillie Pendley of Dalton; brother, Wayne Pendley (Gary Skala) of Dallas, TX; sister, Jillian Pendergrass (Tony) of Cleveland, TN; step-brothers, Bill Pendley of Bethesda, MD and Tom Pendley (Cami) of Dalton; nieces and nephews, Carleigh Dameron, Callie Pendley, Carter Pendley, Brady Pendley, Sara Pendley, Sydney Pendley, Kara Peninger and Will Pendley; partner, Alistair Hull of Chatsworth; special family friends, Brian Benedict and Janette Gibson; extended family and friends, Johnna and Terry Bingham and Christie Mitchell and family.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Ms. Penny Pendley Benedict will be held Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Flanagan officiating. Interment will follow in the Chatsworth Heights Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at alz.org or to a charity of your choice.
