Kathy Lorene Ensley Taylor, age 66 of Chatsworth passed away at Hamilton Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Maxine Ensley: brother, Bobby Ensley: sister, Sherry Quinn:

She is survived by her children and spouses, Brandon and Vicky Ensley of Chatsworth: Tiffany and Jeremy Birdsill of Chatsworth: Krystal and Dustin Dyer of Chatsworth: seven grandchildren three great-grandchildren, several aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive

The family will receive friends on October 1, 2019, from 5 PM to 9 PM  at Shawn Chapman Funeral Home
