Mildred Massengill

Mildred Massengill, age 89.of Tunnel Hill, passed away Sunday, May 19th 2019 at her home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Bertha Plott; brother, Cecil Plott; sister, Faye Horne; and nephew, Gene Plott.

She is survived by her husband, Morris Massengill; son, Alan (Sonya) Massengill; daughter, Sheila (David) Holloway; grandchildren, Jeanette (Mike) Nichols, April (Russell) Gallman, Matthew (Kara) Massengill, Gary Robertson, and Mason Lambert; great-grandchildren, Austin, Justin, Noah and Madison Gallman,Tristan and Braeden Bagley and Mikey, Devon, and Jacob Nichols, and William Robertson; special nieces and nephews, Betty Plott, Kenny (Betty) Plott, Laronda Parrott, Bobbie (Brian) Medlin; special great-nephews and nieces, Rodney, Chris, Chloe,Kenny Jr. and Karen; and other family and friends.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mildred Massengill will be 12:00 pm Tuesday, May 21st 2019 from Tunnel Hill First Baptist Church with Rev. Dewey E. Boyd and Rev. Tyson Griffin officiating. Burial will be in Tunnel Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Tunnel Hill First Baptist Church.
