Mr. Michael Lloyd McCamy age 52 of Chatsworth, passed away Saturday, March 9, 2019 at his residence.
Mr. McCamy was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Judy Baldridge McCamy; grandparents, John and Martha McCamy and Allie and Ruby Baldridge; special uncles, Gary McCamy, Roger Baldridge, Billy Joe Baldridge and Troy Bell.
Survivors include his wife Chrystal Luffman McCamy of Chatsworth; sisters and brothers-in-law, Michelle & Tim Tankersley, Kim & Donny Lawson, and Jennifer & Gary Chadwick –all of Chatsworth; nieces and nephews, Zack Bivens, Haleigh Steelman Head, Ashley Lawson, Jacey Lawson, Jake Chadwick, Jenna Chadwick and Addison Bivens; other dear extended family also survives.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. McCamy will be held Monday, March 11, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Green and Bro. Chas Bishop officiating. Interment will follow in the Center Valley Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Debora “Debbie” Elrod age 62 of Cochran, GA, formerly of Crandall, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at her residence.
She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Tennga.
Mrs. Elrod was preceded in death parents, Charlie “Jack” Brown and Oleda Brown; brothers Terry and Perry Brown; sisters, Margaret Wilkins and Sally Brown.
Survivors include husband, Carl Elrod of Cochran, GA; step-daughters and spouses, Victoria & Chad Bohannon of Calhoun and Lois & Kevin Sanford of Nicklesville; special nephew, Randy Brown; sister, Jan Eubanks of South Carolina; step-grandchildren, Bailey Sanford, Trent and Trinity Bohannon; several other extended family member also survive.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Elrod will be held Monday, March 11, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Ball Play Church Cemetery in Tennessee.
The family will receive friends Monday from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Mack Hill, age 85, of Chatsworth passed away on Friday, February 15, 2019 at his residence.
He was a member of Chatsworth First United Methodist Church and Masonic Lodge #691 of Stockbridge, GA and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Lawrence & Mamie Scott Hill, and wife, JoAnne Pannell Hill.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Melanie Hill Agard & James Agard of Chatsworth; brother and sister-in-law, Van & Sarah Hill of Chatsworth; sister-in-law, Ola Jon Vaughn of Dalton; grandson, Andrew Agard; special caregiver, Amy Hall; and several dear extended family members.
Funeral services for Mr. Hill will be held Sunday, February 17, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Tamlyn Collins officiating. Interment will follow at Studdard Cemetery in Social Circle, GA.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. John Wesley Garland, age 74 of Chatsworth, formerly of Ellijay, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2019 at his residence.
John was born on January 23, 1945 in Gilmer County, son of the late Wes & Lena Garland. He worked 42 years at Shaw Plant 20. John was a member of the Smyrna Baptist Church in Chatsworth.
Mr. Garland was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Bill, Bud, Joe, and Briggs Garland and Mae Henson; granddaughter Natalie Stafford.
Survivors include wife, Diane Garland of Chatsworth; daughters and son-in-law, Lisa & Johnny Merrell, and Pam Garland – all of Ellijay; sons and daughters-in-law, Chad & April Stafford of Chatsworth, Andy & Kimberly Stafford of Cohutta; brothers and sisters-in-law, George & Evelyn Garland of Woodstock, Wayne & Carol Garland of Ellijay; sister and brother-in-law, Ruth & Charles Starks of Ellijay; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, David & Cindy Sanford of Chatsworth; grandchildren and spouses, Devon & Kayla Merrell, Shelby, Johnathan, and Eric Merrell, Crystal White, Avery Carroll, John Tate Bradburn, Abby, Kara, and Emma Stafford, Laney Baldridge, Adison & Murphy Baynes; nieces, nephews also survive.

Mrs. Neatha Eara (Smith) McClain, age 68, of Dalton, passed away January 5, 2019, at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was born July 7, 1950, in Calhoun, GA and was a 1968 graduate of Calhoun High School. Her banking career began in Dalton and also when she relocated in Pikeville, KY. She was a member of Hall Memorial Baptist Church and also attended First Baptist Church in Pikeville. She was preceded in death by her parents; Dennis E. and Ida Parm Smith: four brothers: Robert (Jimmie), Jimmy Lee (Dot), Clifford, Billy Mack: sister: Wynette King (Harold).
She is survived by her husband of 48 years: Robert Stephen, one son and daughter in law: Matt and Savanna McClain of Dalton, one daughter: Brittany McClain and special friend Jamie Davila, of Tunnel Hill, sisters: Mary Dell Waters of Calhoun, Ebbie Jane Defoor, and Patsy Ann Adams both of Resaca and Linda Faye Potts of Sugar Valley, grandchildren: Hailey and Hannah Brown. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
Services will be Wednesday 2 pm in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Nance officiating. Interment will follow in the West Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday 12 noon till the funeral hour.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe, Sr. & Betty Coppit.
Survivors include her husband, Russell Godfrey; daughters, Denna Hollifield of Chatsworth, Keisha Godfrey of Paulding County, and Tasha Godfrey of Florida; sons, Chris Cox of Rome, Danny Hollifield of Chatsworth, and Christopher Hollifield of Chatsworth; sisters, Dale Anderson of Rossville and Staci Coppit of Alabama; brother, Joe Coppit, Jr. of Rossville; and 10 grandchildren.
Mrs. Lauterback will be laid to rest at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. with Dr. Danny Cochran officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the American Legion Post 167 of Chatsworth.
