Murray County Schools are operating on a two-hour school delay Friday in response to heavy rains.

There will be a 20-percent chance of rain on Friday with a low of 32-degrees and a high of 41-degrees. Winds will travel at about 10 miles-per-hour.

The decision came after a severe weather system closed schools on Thursday leaving at least three dead and spawned several possible tornadoes.
