Obituaries October 5, 2018Dayna Grace Scruggs Lawson Arroyo, 56, departed this life on Sunday, September 23, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Dayna was a strong, beautiful woman who was full of life and adventure. She was loved by all who met her and will be missed by all who loved her.
Dayna was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph P. Scruggs and Edna Ruth Scruggs, and a brother, Jimmy L. Muse.
She is survived by her daughter, Christian and Stuart Jablonski, her son, Isaiah Arroyo; grandchildren, Chancellor Cook, Mattea Jablonski, Andrew Jablonski, and Leilani Perez; sisters, Jeanie and Stephen McClure, Linda Joan Gill, Susan Scruggs, and Kay-Kay and Randy Crider; brothers, Larry Muse and Steven Scruggs; several nieces and nephews, and extended family, Renee Smith and Charles Menser.
The family will receive friends from 12-4 pm on Saturday, September 29th, at Jones Funeral Home.
A service to celebrate the life of Ms. Dayna Grace Lawson will be held at 4 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.

Obituaries October 5, 2018Mrs. Virginia Patterson Keener age 79 of Chatsworth passed away Saturday, September 29, 2018, at her residence surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Keener graduated from Murray County High School as the salutatorian and attended Lincoln Memorial University.
She was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Lillian (Beavers) Patterson.
Survivors include her loving husband of 59 years Neil H. Keener Sr., children and spouse, Todd and Robin Keener, Neil H. Keener Jr. all of Chatsworth.
Two grandchildren Jake and Maggie Keener both of Chatsworth. Special Freinds, Tracy Brindle, Lamar Dunn, Debbi Ellis, and Stacy Cochran.
Special Thanks to Dr. Mitchell Wilson and Regency Hospice nurses, Jennifer, Roxanne, and Rhonda.
Funeral Services will be Monday 2 pm at the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Cochran officiating. Interment will follow in the Sumach Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday 5 till 8 pm.

Mrs. Mary “Trudy” Morris, 77 of Eton, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2018 at Wood Dale Nursing Home.
She was a member of Cool Springs Baptist Church.
Trudy was preceded in death by her mother, Essie Winkler; dad, Joe Winkler; sisters, Minnie Joe Waters, Jeanette Harrison, Judy Beavers, and Roberta Walker.
Survivors include her loving husband, Robert Morris of Eton; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Jim Keller of Eton; brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Rosetta Winkler of Ramhurst; sisters and brothers-in-law, Nellie and James Bailey of Eton, Janice and Ray Sitton of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Courtney and Zach Brown, Chelsea and Hank Ford; extended family also survives.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Morris will be held Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Eton Cemetery.
The Family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Martha Bell Jones Ingle and Charlie Burton “Alabam” Ingle; husband, Lyndon Wayne Maddron; maternal grandparents, Jake and Elmira Jones; daughter, Karen Ingle Vineyard; son Vernon Pendley; brother, Kirby Ingle.
Survivors include son-in-law, Mike Vineyard of Cisco; daughter-in-law, Cindy Pendley of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Kayla Pendley of Lafayette, V.J. Pendley and Johnny Pendley both of Chatsworth; cousins also survive.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Maddron will be held Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Dr. T. Dale Kidd and Dr. Bob Sampley officiating. Interment will follow in the Keener Cemetery.

Mr. Jimmy Lee Gregory age 75 of Dalton, passed away Monday, September 17, 2018 at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was retired from Shaw Industries and a member of Amazing Grace Baptist Church. He enjoyed “loafing” front porch sitting and making music. Jimmy will be remembered for being kind, compassionate, and hardworking, with a laid back loving man personality. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Mr. Gregory was preceded in death by his parents, John “Bud” and Leah Gregory; brothers, John Henry and Herman “Sonny” Gregory; sisters, Joanna Gregory, Annie Mae Ray, and Rosebud Baldwin.
