Murray County Narcotics Unit makes drug-related arrest in Chatsworth

On June 16, 2021, the Murray County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit conducted a Search Warrant at the home of Freddy Lamar McCutcheon located in Chatsworth, Ga. Upon execution of said Search Warrant, Freddy Lamar McCutcheon was found to be in possession of approximately 9.25 gross ounces of Methamphetamine, approximately 12.5 gross ounces of Marijuana, along with several drug-related objects and $2,188.00 of US Currency.
McCutcheon was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Drug Related Objects. Freddy Lamar McCutcheon has an extensive criminal history and was also wanted out of Whitfield County.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
