Chatsworth psychiatrist arrested for child molestation

CHATSWORTH, Ga – A Georgia doctor was extradited to Miami-Dade County in Florida to face child molestation charges.
Thomas Clayton Wyatt, 65, was booked into a Florida detention center on September 10, 2021, on two counts of sexual battery on a minor by an adult. No bond has been set.
The alleged molestation occurred in the 1970s against a young boy and two of his friends. According to CBS Miami, one of the victims executed a Google Search of Wyatt’s name and discovering he was practicing psychiatry in Georgia. He found a review stating, “I didn’t trust him with my son, he was inappropriate.”
The 1970s victim told his friends, and they informed the police.
According to WebMD, Wyatt has been affiliated with the VA Clinic in Blairsville, Georgia, Highland Rivers Center in Dalton, Ga, and an Atlanta office.
All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
