Mr. Wade Breeden Jr. age 65 of Chatsworth passes away Thursday, March 22, 2018, at the Hamilton Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wade Sr., and Peggy Breeden.

Survivors include his loving wife, Susan Breeden.

One daughter Dawn Breeden of Helen, GA, and a son Tony Breeden of Mt. Airy, GA.

Sisters, Marilynn Breeden of Allentown, PA, Louise Grogan of Cumming, GA, and Deborah Hooker of Chatsworth. A brother Billy Breeden of GA.

Several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be Sunday, March 25, 2018, 2 pm at the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home, with Rev.  Roger Hooker officiating.  Interment will follow in the Old Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Blue Ridge, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday after 3 pm.
