Mrs. Doris M. Etheridge, age 95, of Chatsworth passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her father, Euland McCarty; mother, Mammie Hall; husband, Robert Etheridge; son, Cleon Chester; grandson, Richard Wiebe; and great-grandson, Billy Ledford.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, James & Linda Chester of Canton, GA and Barry & Deanna Etheridge of Dalton; daughters and sons-in-law, Terri & Dennie Phileber of Las Vegas, NV and Phyllis & Wayne Ledford of Dalton; sister, Eugenia of Florida; 14grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Etheridge will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 11, 2016 from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Burley Chester and Rev. Barry Etheridge officiating. Interment will follow in the Eton Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6:00 until 9:00 pm.
