Mr. Kevin Daniel Mauldin, age 35, of Chatsworth passed away on November 07, 2016 at his residence.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Roy and Rita Mauldin, Sr., one uncle: Benny Chapman and cousin: Robin Chapman.

He is survived by one son: Matthew Mauldin, one daughter: Miranda Mauldin, parents: Roy & Rita Mauldin, Jr., one brother and sister in law: Shannon and Christian Mauldin, nephew: Mason Mauldin, grand parents: Claude & Irene Chapman. Several aunts, uncles, & cousins also survive.

Mr. Mauldin’s wish was to be cremated with no memorial service.
