Miss Debra Mlnarik, age 57 of Chatsworth, passed away on July 22, 2016 at her residence. Debra was a member of Springs of Life.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Marie (Pedersen) Hastings; her father, George William Mlnarik, Jr.; a brother-in-law, James Hastings.

Survivors include her sisters, Patricia S. Bitterman of Lemont, IL, Sally Ann Haack of Marion, IL, Donna L. Scott of Tampa, FL; Nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Jeremy, Sara and Elissa Bitterman, Keith Haack, Kaitlyn C. Scott; Stepsisters, Janet Fyffe, Violet Ridgeway, and Ellen Shields; and Aunts, Uncles, and other relatives also survive.

No services are planned.

Cremation services were provided by Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory of Chatsworth.
