Mr. Jason Lee Daniel Truitt ,age 33, of Chatsworth passed away suddenly on June 27 , 2016.

He is survived by his wife: Jenny Burress, daughter: Stella Truitt, mother: Susan Truitt, father: Charles Truitt, one brother: Shawn Truitt and two sisters: Heather Truitt and Brittany Hales , all of Chatsworth.

Funeral Service for Mr. Truitt will be Friday, July 1 at  2 PM in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 30,  from 5 until 9 PM.
