Mr. Wayne L. Adams, age 69,  of Chatsworth passed away at Kindred Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. on June 12, 2016.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Arnold & Elizabeth Adams, and sons: Tommy Morgan and Chris Morgan.

Mr Adams is survived by his loving wife of 36 years: Shirlene Adams, daughter and son in law: Jennifer & Scott Flood, grandchildren: Justin & Hunter Morgan, Bradley and Jaxon Flood, and great grandson: Luke Morgan, brother and sister in law: Dale & Peggy Adams of Chatsworth, sister and brother in law: Barbara & Delano Boatwright of Chatsworth, special aunts: Beattie Brooks Cady and Zora Brooks Jackson.   Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A Military Service will be held at a later date.
