Ms. Rhenita “Sandy” Satterfield, 72 of Chatsworth, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Erlanger Health Care.

She was a member of Northwest Christian Fellowship. Sandy was a former cancer survivor and attended the Relay for Life event in Chatsworth.

Ms. Satterfield was preceded in death by her parents, Fred Wallace and Lottie Dean; infant son, Jeffery Davis; sister, Betty Brannon; granddaughter, Ashley Goodrich.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Tammy Goodrich of Chatsworth; daughters and son-in-law, Robin and Mike Vess of Chatsworth, Kimberly Garrett of NC; brother and sister-in-law, Tommy and Nadine Wallace of Carrollton, GA; grandchildren and spouses, Timothy Brown, Zachary Vess, April and Jacob Scott, Amber and Matt Chambers, Shelby Goodrich, Justin & Jessica Garrett, Jessica Hall, Cody and Maria Townson, Alyssa Reynolds; great-grandchildren, Dawson, Landon, Jayden, Colton, Ashlyn, Albany, Bayleigh, Paxton, Kayleigh, and Brayden.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Ms. Rhenita “Sandy” Satterfield will be held Sunday, May 15, 2016 at 2:00p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Pastor Michael Watkins officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Jasper, Georgia.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
