Mrs. Jannie Smartt, age 53, of Chatsworth passed away on April 2, 2016 at her home.

She is preceded in death by her dad: Leonard Cooper and two sisters: Sheila and Anita Mae Cooper.

She is survived by her husband: Michael Smartt, children: Tim, Josh, Jeff, and Sheronda Womack, grandchildren: MaKayla, DeCaleb, Aubree and Braylen Womack, and her mother: Ethel Cooper.

The family will receive friends on Monday April 4 , 2016 from 4 until 8 PM at Shawn Chapman Funeral Home.
