Mrs. Lucy Sims McMullen, 85 of Chatsworth, passed away February 22, 2016 at Hamilton Medical Center.

Lucy was preceded in death by her husband, James C. McMullen Sr.;
parents, Thomas L. and Lucille Grubbs Sims; brothers, Thomas Sims Jr., Monroe Sims, Jerry Sims; sister, Alice Sims Rampley.

Survivors include her son, James “Jimmy” McMullen Jr. of Moultrie, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Ken Lively of Ellijay, GA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Dorothy and Norm Bishop of Bozeman, MT, Barbara and Bob Belcher of Grayson, GA; grandchildren, Zachary McMullen, Holly McMullen, Kamryn McMullen, Jana McMullen; eight great-grandchildren.

Graveside service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Lucy Sims McMullen will be held Friday, February 26, 2016 at 11:30a.m. from Westview Cemetery in Moultrie, GA with Jimmy McMullen officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a Christian charity of your choice.
