Mr. James ‘Fred’ Jefferson age 80 of Chatsworth, passed away Friday February 12, 2016 at his residence.

He was a member of Grace Bible Church.

Mr. Jefferson was preceded in death by his parents, Obie and Eary Jefferson; sister, Cleo Jefferson.

Survivors include, wife Patricia Beavers Jefferson, Chatsworth; son and daughter-in-law, Darrell and Maxine Jefferson, Chatsworth; daughter, Tammy Jefferson, Cleveland, TN; brothers, Billy Jefferson, Spartanburg, SC and Marvin Jefferson, Macon, GA; grandchildren, Alexis and Mason Jefferson.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Jefferson will be held Monday February 15, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Beavers officiating. Interment will follow in the Eton Cemetery.

The family will receive friends, Sunday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
