Mr.Loyde Dennie Dodson, age 64, of Chatsworth passed away at his residence on January 5, 2016.

He was a member of Anchor Holds Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death  by parents: Arlis and Dollie Dodson, brothers: James (Chrystine)Dodson, twin brother: Floyd Dodson, Charles Dodson, sisters: Laura (J.C.) Neely, Flora (/Tommy) Watson, Tobytha (Robert) Thompson, brother-in-law: W.D. Roberts, Cecil Mooneyham, sister-in-law: Louise Ashe,

He is survived by wife loving wife of 40 years, Mary Nell Dodson of Chatsworth, children: Michaelee Dodson of Crossville, TN., Dennie (Melissa) Dodson of Chatsworth, Angie (Michael) Norris of Clarkrange, TN, grandchildren: Cody, Jada, and Eli Dodson of Chatsworth, Hunter and Matthew Norris of Clarkrange, TN, sisters: Arlene Mooneyham and Winnie Jane Roberts both of Spencer, TN., brothers: Hurbert (Virginia) Dodson, Billy Joe (Laura Fay) Dodson, Cecil Van Dodson all of Spencer, TN., brother-in-law: James (Brenda) Blaylock of Ranger, GA., sisters-in-law: Maxine Dodson Shirley Dodson both of Spencer, TN.  Several neices, nephews and church friends also survive.

Funeral Services will be Friday, January 8, 2016, 3:30 at the Chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Roger Baker officiating. Interment will follow in the Hopewell Cemetery in Gordon Co.  The family will recieve friends at the funeral home 5 till 9 pm Thursday.
