Mr. Seward “Pat” King, 77 of Chatsworth, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2015 at his residence.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Bessie King; former wife, Edwina King; sister, Mae Howell; uncle, S. A. King.

Survivors include his loving wife, Gladys “Yvonne” King of Chatsworth; son and daughter-in-law, Lloyd and Carol King of Chatsworth; granddaughter, Desiree Rose King of Chatsworth; nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Seward “Pat” King will be held Sunday, September 6, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with the Rev. Lamar Beason officiating. Interment will follow in Chatsworth Heights Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 1:30 p.m. until the funeral hour at 3:00 p.m.

Flowers are accepted or Donations may be made to Amedisys Hospice of Dalton.
