Mr. Jacob Randle Burgess, 39, of Crandall passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Erlanger Medical Center.

Jacob was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Jeanie Burgess and Ralph and Diane Randle.

Survivors include his girlfriend, Amie Byers of Crandall; son, Jacob Maximus Burgess of Crandall; daughters, Lyric Paige Burgess of Crandall, Anna Jocelyn Atkins of Crandall, Meccah Elizabeth Burgess of Crandall, and Kylie Amelia Burgess of Crandall; parents, Danny & Sherry Burgess of Crandall; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jesse Lane & Lisa Burgess of Crandall and Joshua Daniel & Jennifer Burgess of Crandall; sister, Shelly Burgess Johnson of Dalton; and several extended family members.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Jacob Randle Burgess will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.
