Patricia Ann (Fowler) Smith, age 66 of Chatsworth passed away August 17, 2015 at her residence.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday 2 pm at the chapel of Shawn Chapman Fuenral Home with Rev. Joe Wheat officiating.
Interment will follow in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will recieve friends at the funeral home 11 am till funeral hour at 2 pm.
