Little Jaxson Dakota Briggs Carroll age 2 months passed away Wednesday Dec. 14, 2016 at his residence.
He is survived by his parentsSonja Carroll and Cody Bias, Two brothers, Jericho Connor Lee Gilbert and Tyler Hayden Bray. Grandparents, Joyce Michelle White and Jonathan Jenkins all of Chatsworrth.
Funeral Services will be Monday Dec. 19, 2016 at 1 pm from the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Center Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 11 am till the funeral hour at 1pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations for final expences.
