Bail was denied on two people arrested in the murder of a Chatsworth man.Justin Payton Hooker of Dalton and Nadya Catherine Swartz of Chatsworth are currently being held at the Murray County jail. Both are charged with the murder of Kenneth Bunn of Chatsworth.
Bunn’s body was found by police on Carlton Petty Road at the Conasauga River Bridge on Monday. Detectives said he was identified through pictures, clothing, tattoos and other information, according to a press release.
Bail has been denied for two suspects charged with murder in the death of Kenneth Bunn.
The two were arrested and booked into the Murray County Jail on Thursday, March 19 around 7 p.m.
The release also thanked the Chatsworth Police Department, the Dalton Police Department and the Rome Police department for their assistance in the case.
