Charles Ray Gladden: Obituary

Mr. Charles Ray Gladden, age 78, of Chatsworth passed away Sunday, September 1, 2019, at Chatsworth Health Care.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Alma Gladden; brother, C. L. Gladden; and sisters, Pauline Dunn, Ruth Wilkie, Ruby Caylor, and Betty Sue Lemons.

Survivors include his caregivers, Kaye, Cary, and Sharon Gladden; special nephew, Jimmy Wilkie; very special family, the Petty Family; and other extended family members.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Charles Ray Gladden will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at 3:30 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Crafton Dover and Rev. William Silvers officiating. Interment will follow in Sumach Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday, September 2, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of Dalton at 922 E Morris St, Dalton, GA 30721 or to another association of your choice.
