Mr. Donnie G. Kirkland, age 64, of Dalton, passed away at his residence on August 17, 2019.
He is preceded in death by his wife: Joyce Kirkland, parents: Virgil Kirkland, Jessie Sims, stepfather: John W.Sims, brother: Ronnie Kirkland, sisters: Brenda Kirkland and Carolyn Kirkland.
He is survived by daughter and son in law: Emily and Lester Caldwell of Dalton, stepson and spouse: Scott and Kathy Hammock of Dalton, stepdaughter and son in law: Misty and John Ballew of Chatsworth, grandchildren: Lucas Caldwell, Meliya Caldwell, Matthew Hammock, Katelyn Hammock, Evan Ballew, Gracie Ballew, Bailey and spouse Ethan Holland. great-grandchild: Jack Holland, brothers: Tommy Kirkland, Jimmy and wife Ila Kirkland, special friend: George Ridley. Several cousins also survive.
At his request he will be cremated and no service.
