Jean Dalton  Setters, age 76, passed away July 1, 2019, at Ridgewood Manor in Dalton surrounded by her loving family and friends.

.Mrs.Setters was preceded in death by her husband: Carroll McElroy, husband: Paul Setters, parents John Toy, and Maudell Dalton, brother: Johnny Dalton and stepson: Paul David Setters. She is survived by husband: Tommy Rich, daughter: Paula Setters, step-daughters: Candy Rich Hunt, Julie Cantrell, Caryl Henderson, and Julee Smith, step-son: Bart Rich, Brother: Jerry Michael Dalton, Sisters: Jeanette Layton and Joyce Walker. She was also survived by much-loved nieces and nephews, relatives, church family, and friends.

A memorial service for Mrs.Setters will be held at Swamp Creek Baptist Church in Dalton at 3 PM on Saturday, July 6, 2019. Rev. Donny Caylor will be officiating
