Mrs. Nancy Sills Mitchum age 72 of Chatsworth, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude & Martha Sills; brother, Bobby Sills.
Survivors include her loving husband, John T. Mitchum of the residence; son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth Jay Mitchum & Tabitha Davis Mitchum of Cartersville; daughters and sons-in-law, Melissa Mitchum Gentry & Chris Gentry of Dalton, and Karen Mitchum Holt & Mark Holt of North Dakota; grandchildren, Jacob Mitchum, Preston Bennett, Caitlin Bennett, and Tayler Steele.
Memorial services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Mitchum will be held Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Chaplin Craig Miles officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Serenity Hills Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 12 noon until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory of Chatsworth is in charge of the arrangements.
