Wayne Jeffery Mantooth: Obituary

September 21, 1961 – December 01, 2018

Mr. Wayne Jeffery Mantooth age 57 of Chatsworth, passed away Saturday, December 1, 2018.

Wayne enjoyed fishing, classic cars and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Tennga.

Mr. Mantooth was preceded in death by his father, Noble Mantooth, and a younger brother, Keith Mantooth.

Survivors include sons, Blake Mantooth and Eric Elrod both of Chatsworth; daughters and son-in-law, Lindsay & Ricky Burya and Kelly Elrod –all of Chatsworth; mother, Donna Mantooth of Chatsworth; brother, Don Mantooth of Chatsworth; sister and brother-in-law, Karen & Steve Headrick of Chatsworth; grandson, Cameron Mantooth; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Mantooth will be held Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 12 noon in the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Moore officiating. Interment will be held in the Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Tennga at a later date.

The family will receive friends Monday from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
