Helen L. Casey: Obituary

Mrs. Helen L. Casey age 85 of Chatsworth, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Tranquility of Dalton.

Mrs. Casey was a member of Holly Creek Baptist Church. She enjoyed working in her yard and sewing.

She was preceded in death by her husband, F.L. Casey; son, Bobby Allen Casey; parents, Albert and Lelia Lawless; brothers, Elmer, Richard, Gordon, and Leonard Lawless; great-granddaughter, Jaidyn Alexis Whaley.

Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Virginia & Lamar Clark of Dawnville, Charlotte & Bill Roberts of Chatsworth, and Deneen & Tony Edwards of Chatsworth; brother and sisters-in-law, Arvil & Lorene Lawless of Dalton, Sybil Knight of Cedartown, GA, and Dorothy Lawless of Dalton; sister, Evelyn Casey of Chatsworth; grandchildren and spouses, Pam & Jeff Breeden, Tara Noe, Sparky & Nikki Roberts, Lamar & Lisa Clark, Isaac Whaley, Aaron Whaley, and Colton & Martie Roberts; great-grandchildren, Aidan Noe, Deacon Roberts, Dawson Roberts, Brynlee Whaley, and Aubrie Whaley; nieces; nephews; and a special thank you to Pam Blair, Beverly Duncan, and the staff of Tranquility of Dalton.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Casey will be held Monday, July, 30, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Cochran and Rev. Walter Hare officiating. Interment will follow in the Center Valley Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Sunday, July 29^th from 5:30 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
