Ms. Eliza Lee York, 45 of Chatsworth, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Redmond Regional Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her dad, L.C. York; grandparents, Earl and Ina York, grandfather, William Thurman; great grandmother, Eliza Thurman.
Survivors include her daughters, Sierra Dinese Lurz of Dalton, Gloria Danielle Lurz of Chatsworth; parents, Gerald York of Streator, IL and Gloria York of Chatsworth; brothers and sister-in-law, Jerry and Trish York of Streator, IL and Alan Amell of TN; sisters and brothers-in-law, Valerie and Jose Martinez of CaveSpring, GA, Jessica York of Streator, IL, Earlene York of Streator, IL, Tammy and Thomas Shafer of Vernon, KY; special friend (Bestie) Kelly Hodge; extended family also survives.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Ms. Eliza Lee York will be held Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with William Bannister officiating. Interment will follow in the Eton Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour.
Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory of Chatsworth is in charge of the arrangements for Ms. Eliza Lee York.
