Mr. Claude Pittman Thomas Jr., age 61 of Chatsworth, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his Dad: Claude Pittman Thomas Sr. and a sister: Edith Sue Garner.
Survivors include his mother, Jean Thomas of Chatsworth, brothers and sister in law, Earl Thomas of Chatsworth, John Ray and Alta Thomas of Cohutta, sister, Myrtle Smith of Crandall.
Several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews also survive.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at 1 pm in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev., Arthur Corbin, Chris Corbin, Billy Joe Cochran and James Smith officiating.
Interment will follow in the Mt. Moriah Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday after 5 pm all day on Monday and Tuesday till the funeral hour.
