Mrs. Darlene (Jackie) Slocum has passed from a body of death to a life everlasting on Sunday at 3:08 PM, the day before her 82 nd birthday. She left an extra ordinary legacy of faith in Jesus Christ, her God. The Joy of the Lord was always her strength.
She is survived by daughters and son in law: Vickie and Patrick Gregory , and Dawn Davis Green of Dalton. Grandchildren: Jessica & Bo Cox,of Dalton, Linsey Reece of Chatsworth, Amanda Widowson of Palmer, Alaska, Rick Reynolds of California, Rena Reynolds of Florida, Brook Reynolds of Alaska.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by Shawn Chapman Funeral Home of Chatsworth.
