Mrs. Glenda H. Gordon age 72 of Chatsworth passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2017 in the Gordon County Hospital surrounded by her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Chester and Mamie Hannah.
She is survived by her husband: Larry Gordon, daughter and son in law: Melanie & Mark Hammontree of Smyrna , TN., son: Greg Gordon of Atlanta, grandchildren: Kaitlind and Leah Clement of Dalton, sister and brother in law: Ranell and Johnny West of Chatsworth, sisters in law & spouses: Carolyn & Jimmy Luffman, Mary Ellen Rice, Joan & Mike Addis, Judy & Paul Prenzlow and Lisa Daley all of Chatsworth. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral service for Mrs. Gordon will be Thursday, January 19, at 2 PM in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Brad Boynton officiating. Interment will be in Murray Memorial Garden. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4 until 8 PM.
