Mrs. Myra Lynn McClure: Obituary

Myra Lynn McClure, age 41, of Chatsworth passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at her home.

She was a member of Hopewell (Doogan) Baptist Church and enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.

Mrs. McClure was preceded in death by her mother, Julia Ann McGill; grandparents, Clifford & Minnie McGill and Joe & Hazel Williams; and uncles, Troy Joe Williams and Timothy Lee Williams.

Survivors include her husband, Rodney Lamar McClure; sons, Josh McClure and Jacob McClure – both of Chatsworth; daughters and sons-in-law, Kelsie & Andy Stover, Cassie Williams & Dustin Gowens, Taylor McClure, and Courtney McClure – all of Chatsworth; father and stepmother, Barry & Mary Williams of Chatsworth; sisters, Greta Williams, Sandy Williams, Mary “Charlie” Williams, Rebecca Williams, and Haley Williams – all of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Makenzie, Peyson, and Maddalynn Stover, Aria Gowens, Tamerlane and Koven Webb, Ashton Farner, and Ava and Adeline Grant; and several dear extended family members.

Funeral services for Mrs. McClure will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Hopewell (Doogan) Baptist Church in Cisco with Rev. Shane Williams, Rev. Shane Cloer, and Rev. Billy Brown officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Hopewell (Doogan) Baptist Church on Saturday starting at 5:00 p.m. until the funeral hour on Sunday.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given toward Mrs. McClure’s final expenses.
