Mr. Paul Wilkey: Obituary

Mr. Paul Wilkey, age 81 of Calhoun, GA, passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Redmond Regional Hospital in Rome, GA.

He enjoyed woodworking.

Paul was preceded in death by his father, Nathan Wayne Wilkey; his mother, Cumine Wilkey; a brother, Carl Wayne Wilkey; a daughter and son-in-law, Virginia and Ronald Brown.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Fennell Wilkey of Calhoun; sons and daughters-in-law, Greg Williams, Kevin Williams, Wesley and Melissa Williams, Joel and April Williams, all of Dalton; daughters and sons-in-law, Lorrie and Brett Bennett of Calhoun, GA, Alyssa and Thomas Anderson of Cohutta, GA; grandchildren, Brittany Williams Manis, Lydia and Takoda Williams, Addie, Emma, and Lily Bennett, Abreyanna Campbell, Dalton Rose, Noah Anderson, Alexis Anderson, Jonah and Jaylen Williams, Paris and Drayden William; nephews and cousins also survive.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Paul Wilkey will be held Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with the Rev. Barry Brock and Rev. Reagan Marsh officiating. Interment will follow in Center Valley Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday October 4th from 3:00 p.m. until the service hour.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to help with final expenses.
