Mr. Johnnie Lee Boyd, 84 of Crandall, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Hamilton Medical Center.
Johnnie was preceded in death by his parents, George and Mary Boyd; brothers, Frank Boyd, Ralph Boyd, Wallace Boyd and Henry Boyd; sisters, Maude Peden and Essie Caylor.
Survivors include his loving wife of 57 years, Truly Boyd of Crandall; brother, Billy Boyd of Chatsworth; sister-in-law, Omie Pack Morgan of Dalton; nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Jonnie Lee Boyd will be held Monday, October 3, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with the Rev. Gene James and Rev. Junior Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Boyd Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory of Chatsworth is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Johnnie Lee Boyd.
