Mrs. Betty Lingerfelt Lewis age 85 of Dalton passed away Saturday July 23, 2016 in the Hamilton Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband, E. J. Lewis, two sons, Julian and Chris Lewis. Brothers Glenn and Charles Lingerfelt, and three sisters, Mildred Hall, Katherine Manning and Jeanette Mincey.

Survivors include Children and spouses, Danny and Marilyn Lewis of Chatsworth. Lori and Tony Johns of Dalton. Grandchildren, Olivia Lewis, Anna, Marylee and Luke Johns.

Sister, Louise Satterfield of Dalton, and a brother Eddie Lingerfelt of Auburn, GA. Special nieces Sarah Hollingsworth, Joyce Satterfield, and Mary Sutton and many more nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be Tuesday 2 pm at the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Shane Craven officiating.  Interment will follow in the Whitfield Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday 5 till 8 pm.
