Mr. Steven Craig Darnell: Obituary

Mr. Steven Craig Darnell age 50, of Chatsworth, passed away Wednesday June 15, 2016 at Hamilton Medical Center.

He was a member of the Amazing Grace Baptist Church.

Mr. Darnell was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Zeb and Emma Stephens; paternal grandparents, Clifton and Kiziar Darnell.

Survivors include, parents, Harold (better known as the street preacher) and Jeri Darnell, Chatsworth; sister, Pam Lowery, Chatsworth; aunts and uncles, Ruth and Wallace Painter, Dalton, Lola and Jimmy Manley, Shirley Baker, Tina and Charles Oldham, Edna and Billy Ellis all of Douglasville, GA; nieces and nephews, US Marine Lance Corporal Chace Lowery, Jaden Ellis and Logan Ellis; special friends, Terry and Ladena Moody and Amanda Watkins.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Darnell will be held Sunday June 19, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. from the Amazing Grace Baptist Church with Rev. Curtis Easley officiating. Interment will follow in the Amazing Grace Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Peeples Funeral Home.
