Mr. Paul Edward Lewis: Obituary

Mr. Paul Edward Lewis age 69 of Chatsworth, passed away Monday March 14, 2016 at Erlanger.

Paul was a member of the Amazing Grace Baptist Church where he enjoyed working with the youth at the church. He loved fishing, camping, and gardening; most of all, he enjoyed every minute with his grandsons and great-granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jackson and Martha Raines Lewis and a brother Leonard Lewis.

Survivors include, the love of his life for 49 years, Brenda Hooper Lewis of Chatsworth; son and daughter-in-law, David and Shannon Lewis of Ringgold, GA; daughters and son-in-law, Paula Gallman and Kim and Davis Summers – all of Dalton; sisters, Rosa Lee Taylor, Jean Winkler and Pat Cloer – all of Chatsworth and Wanda Bailey; grandchildren, Garrett Hamby, Caylor Summers and Jackson Lewis; great-granddaughter, Addison Elisabeth; special brothers-in-law, Vernon Hooper and O. B. Hooper, Jr.; nieces, nephews; cousins.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Paul will be held Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. from the Amazing Grace Baptist Church with Rev. Lamar Beason, Rev. Bobby Green and Rev. Curtis Easley officiating. Interment will follow in the Cool Springs Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
