James “Winston” Bryant: Obituary

Mr. James “Winston” Bryant age 93 of Crandall, passed away Sunday January 3, 2016.

He was of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Bryant was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Lucille Stafford Bryant; parents, Bill and Beulah Bryant; grandson, Chris Corbin; brothers, Fred and Donald Bryant; brother-in-law, Jay Keener.

Survivors include, sons and daughter-in-law, Eddy Bryant, Crandall, Gene and Debbie Bryant, Crandall; daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Kenneth Brock, Chatsworth, Patricia and J.T. Bigge, Globe, AZ, Linda and Wilfird Deverell, Crandall; sisters and brother-in-law, Geraldine Keener, Charlotte, NC, Elise Deverell, Crandall, Betty and Ralph Bandy, Cleveland, TN, Alice Bryant, Dalton; 17 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; cousins.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Bryant will be held Wednesday January 6, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Duane Smith and Rev. Jamie Baker officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairy Valley Church Cemetery with military honors provided by the American Legion Post 167 Chatsworth, GA.

Pallbearers will be Billy Welch, Jamie Baker, Dustin Bryant, Avery Bryant, Kenny Bryant and Barron Bryant.

The family will receive friends Tuesday January 5^th from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
