Duane “Wayne” Edward O’Hern: Obituary

Mr. Duane “Wayne” Edward O’Hern, age 67 of Chattanooga, TN, passed away on September 25, 2015 at his residence. Wayne was a member of Cornerstone Community Church in Chattanooga. He loved playing his guitar, singing, fishing, working in his shop and most of all, his “family.”

Wayne was preceded in death by his father, Duane Edward O’Hern, Sr.; his mother, Geraldine Christina Del Grosso.

Survivors include his wife, Connie Elaine O’Hern of Chattanooga, TN; daughters and sons-in-law, Amber O’Hern Chambers of Ringgold, GA, Sumer and Marc Robichaud of Ringgold, GA, Jennifer and Shane Hart of Olympia, Washington; a son, Jeff Cox of Los Angeles, CA; grandchildren, Gavin, Gage and Arye Chambers, Royal Robichaud, Aven, Sage and Kriya Hart; a sister, Peggy Christina Foster of Las Flores, CA; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Wayne O’Hern will be 10:30 A.M. on Sunday, October 4, 2015 at Cornerstone Community Church in Chattanooga, TN with Pastor Butch Hullander officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to: Duane “Wayne” O’Hern Fund, Cornerstone Community Church, 9632 E. Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
